He has been an active member of the BC Real Estate Board and when not building developer partnerships you will find him exploring the North Shore mountains with his family. With over 10,000 homes sold and leased, Cameron’s experience and exposure to a vast national portfolio of condo and rental communities lends itself well to his client-focused approach of co-leading the Intelligence House team. His previous commitments also included serving as National Residential Marketing Director at BentallGreenOak (formerly Bentall Kennedy) where he was accountable for the national residential rental portfolio of over 5000 homes and all new lease-up project launches. Prior to that, Cameron lead the developer marketing team at MLA Canada and managed many high-profile clients and projects during his tenure. Utilizing over 18 years of industry experience, Cameron is responsible for leading the BC portfolio and co-directing our National and International commitments.īefore joining the Intelligence House team, Cameron held the position Head of Marketing and Strategy at Pilothouse Projects and was responsible for the corporate and development strategy.
